Following the election date, Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, signed the inaugural Decree that described the agenda to be addressed by the Cabinet of Ministers. One of the most important goals is to join the top five of the world leading economies. In fact, this is our integral task. If we fulfill the task, we will be able to speak about the correct reforms in the Russian economy. However, in what way should the economic policy be adjusted? What do we need to do to join the five leading world economies? Are the steps enumerated in the Presidential Decree sufficient? By 1 October 2018, the road maps will be prepared needed to implement the national programs launched to take steps described in the 11 Presidential Decrees of 7 May 2012. Is the Cabinet of Ministers on the right track? Let's think about it together.
