ANNOTATION:
The future is one of the most mysterious and alluring concepts. Throughout history, the future has captivated humanity. Everyone dreams of knowing what lies ahead. Today, however, the outlook often feels more intimidating, with fears of a global war, prolonged recession, and economic instability. There is increasing talk of the breakdown of shared rules, rising chaos in international politics and trade, and the overload of the global economic system.
But is the future linear and predetermined? Not at all. It is shaped by us, which means we can influence and change it. To do so, we need a clear vision of what we want the future to be. Without such a vision, there are no guiding principles to strive for, no plan for achievement.
This is what the Forum is all about — understanding what kind of future we want. What should the Russian economy look like? Is it possible to build a new world order without a large-scale war? How can technology become a driver of social prosperity? These are just some of the many questions we'll explore. We will examine medium-term prospects and try to look further into the future.
The 10th Anniversary International Forum of the Financial University will bring us together to discuss key trends and challenges facing the world and our country.
This is not just a forum — it’s a platform for dreamers, creators, and those ready to make a positive change. Don’t miss the chance to be part of it!

ANNOTATION:
We are on the threshold of an era in which traditional models of state management give way to flexible, forward-looking approaches. Their implementation in practice is not just about technologies but about a new philosophy of interaction. It involves transitioning from administrative management to a service-oriented logic, where the focus is on tangible results for individuals and businesses. Traditional departmental approaches are being replaced by integrated digital ecosystems, where citizens, businesses, and the state operate as partners in real time.
The key drivers of change that will shape tomorrow include:
Artificial Intelligence and Predictive Analytics — from automation of routine tasks to modeling urban development scenarios and entire industries.
Proactive Government Services — services that anticipate citizens' needs and operate on a "single window" principle in a digital environment.
Management Innovation — the implementation of new methodologies and management models to increase the efficiency, speed, and flexibility of government agencies.
During the panel discussion, the winners of the Second All-Russian Competition for the "Best Executive Body in the Field of Management Innovation" will be awarded.

ANNOTATION:
The expanding diversity of forms and types of money is one of the key trends in modern monetary and payment systems. The primary driving forces behind this process are the rapid digitalization of the financial sector combined with the fragmentation of the global economy. In response to technological developments, such as distributed ledger technology, the emergence of private digital currencies (cryptocurrencies), and central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), and considering cyber risks and access restrictions to foreign investments, the state today often acts as the main trendsetter and innovator in the monetary sphere.
In Russia, projects are underway for the implementation of the digital ruble, tokenization of real-world assets, development of long-term savings programs, and the introduction of other digital governmental solutions affecting the fundamentals of the national monetary system. However, the success of these large-scale initiatives largely depends on public trust in different forms of money and requires a comprehensive approach to forecasting social changes. When designing the future of money, it is crucial to understand whether the nature of money itself changes with new forms and types, which forms will be in demand in the near future, and how current trends in demographics, education, media, and digital literacy will influence the choices for future money. How can society’s readiness and trust in monetary innovations be ensured?

ANNOTATION:
In a world where technology develops at an incredible pace, the future workforce, i.e. graduates of universities and colleges, becomes true architects of change. These are specialists who do not just perform tasks but create unique solutions, much like artists working with a palette of possibilities. With the advent of artificial intelligence and automation, the focus will shift to specialists who can not only manage technologies but also use them as tools for creativity. They will develop new products and services that will transform the familiar order of things. Education must become an "innovative laboratory" where young talents can experiment, take risks, and explore new horizons.
The future workforce isn’t just employees; they are dreamers and creators ready to build a world where technology serves people. They will inspire us by showing that the future is not just something that awaits us but something we can create with our own hands.
How can educational institutions, in cooperation with employers, ensure high-quality training and effective employment of graduates? That is the topic of our panel discussion.

Against the backdrop of global challenges and structural changes in the economy, including the development of digital platforms and ecosystems, tax policy actively influences business processes, competitiveness, and the efficiency of industrial production. This aims to ensure the technological and financial sovereignty of the country and to address tasks related to achieving Russia’s national development goals through 2030 and beyond to 2036.
The discussion will explore the boundaries of the tax space for the state, businesses, and society. ANNOTATION:
The long-standing debate about values in the modern world is gaining new significance. On one hand, we observe Donald Trump’s "revolution of common sense," which has stirred the Western world, immersed in recent years in various questionable social experiments. On the other hand, there is a political shaping of the "Global South," which is also referred to as the "global majority."
It has become commonplace to acknowledge that a truly multipolar world has emerged, and the collective West is losing its monopoly on truth. But do the "Global South" countries share common value foundations?
Yes, we are not the West. But who are we? Can BRICS nations provide a core of shared values? Today, a conceptual approach to the development of the modern world and bold proposals for a reasonable value framework for the near future are more relevant than ever.
During the panel discussion, a report by the Financial University titled "Searching for Conceptual Foundations for BRICS and the ‘Global South' during the Neo-conservative Revolution" will be presented, along with books "Civilizational Integrationalism and Global Development" and "Foreign Policy of Post-Soviet Russia".

ANNOTATION:
The current stage of international relations is marked by growing shifts in the global balance of power, which was largely shaped 80 years ago. Decolonization and other major upheavals have transformed the political map of the world. The global majority is loudly asserting its rights. More equitable global regulation based on international law, along with increased participation from countries of the Global South, are inherently linked to a growing role of the UN and its structures in resolving economic and political crises. Special emphasis is now placed on mechanisms such as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and BRICS, which serve as platforms for coordinating interests of the Global South and the East.
However, these new realities are not yet fully reflected within the system of UN institutions, particularly regarding the reform of the Security Council of Russia. At the UN General Assembly, BRICS countries issued a joint statement reaffirming their commitment to multilateralism, multipolarity, and adherence to international law and the UN Charter as fundamental principles. They emphasized the need for fair global governance and mutually beneficial relations between states, advocating for reforms of the UN and its Security Council to elevate the role of developing countries from Africa, Asia, and Latin America, including BRICS states.
The spread of trade-restrictive measures such as tariffs, non-tariff barriers, or protectionism acts as coercive tools that threaten to reduce global trade, disrupt supply chains, and create uncertainty in international economic and trade activities. These developments could worsen existing economic inequalities and impact the prospects for global economic growth.
All these issues raise the question of what the future holds for the regulation of international relations on a global scale.

CONFERENCE OVERVIEW:
Monetary circulation is a crucial component of the economic system, and its impact on the economy largely depends on its structure. A fairly stable trend over the past two decades has been the structural dynamics of the money supply, manifested in a slight decrease in the share of cash.
However, despite the emergence of new payment instruments in the context of the rapid development of digitalization of payment turnover, the demand for cash remains. The resulting "cash paradox" is of scientific and practical interest, requiring clarification of the causes, consequences, and assessment of possible macroeconomic effects against the backdrop of ongoing changes, taking into account the past and future of cash circulation. These and other relevant issues in the context of the prospects for cash circulation will be discussed.

CONFERENCE OVERVIEW:
The imperatives for the development of the Russian financial system in the future are based on the ability to withstand external threats, the need to develop and implement innovative financial policies, support the stability and sustainability of the national financial system, and ensure high rates of economic growth. As a conceptual approach to macroeconomic planning and economic regulation in modern conditions, the financial stability of the economic system requires innovative solutions in fiscal, monetary, and exchange rate policies, creating favorable conditions for increasing national savings and transforming them into investments for technological breakthroughs, import substitution, and improvement of public welfare. The relevance of studying these issues is linked to geopolitical tensions and the need to reduce Russia’s dependence on foreign financial markets and institutions, especially those that are unfriendly. The goal of this event is to seek answers to these questions, which are designed to ensure national security, the implementation of long-term priorities of socio-economic development, and enhancing the competitiveness of the Russian economy.

CONFERENCE OVERVIEW:
The platform economy is a new business model that, on one hand, accelerates and simplifies interactions among participants, but on the other hand, increases security risks and may negatively impact competition. Therefore, a key task for business and the scientific community is to develop and leverage the advantages of the platform economy, assess its impact on the labor market and the financial-banking sector. At the same time, issues such as the problem of dominance in certain sectors, storage, systematization, and use of vast amounts of data on users and transactions, and how operations and user incomes should be taxed need to be discussed.

CONFERENCE OVERVIEW:
This panel discussion focuses on sharing experiences and best practices in the interaction between the state and business, aimed at fostering a sustainable future for Russia. International practices of sustainable development in other countries are based on ESG principles. In Russia, the development of these principles occurs within the framework of ESG ratings, a methodology where the "ecology-social development-governance" paradigm transforms into the concept of "ecology-personnel-state".
Recognizing the need for further development of ESG ratings, the panel discussion will explore new approaches to the methodology and assessment of corporate social responsibility both in Russia and in Islamic countries. It will also present the best business practices aimed at ecological and personnel development.

CONFERENCE OVERVIEW:
The digital transformation of state and municipal management and the social sphere is one of the national goals for the development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 and into the future up to 2036, enshrined in the Decree "On the national goals for the development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 and into the future up to 2036." Achieving "digital maturity" in state and municipal management, key sectors of the economy, and the social sphere by 2030 is the key to achieving the country’s technological sovereignty.
The digital transformation of state and municipal management, the economy, and the social sphere implies profound and comprehensive changes in production and social processes associated with replacing analog systems with digital technologies. The subject of the discussion is not simply the fact of changes in state governance and social development during the digital transformation, but the justification for directions, ethical boundaries, and ultimate goals. The main dividing line runs between the technocratic and humanistic paradigms.
